What is an IP-PBX?

Conceptually, an IP-PBX functions the exact same way a regular PBX works. However, instead of connecting analog or digital phones via analog telephones lines or PRI channels, it connects IP-phones together and allows you to make phone calls using your IP infrastructure and Internet connection. Moreover, it is also very flexible and easy to configure compared to a traditional PBX.
