Haemacure is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where it also operates a laboratory for research and development purposes.

Haemacure has leased premises in Sarasota, Florida where it has commenced construction of a manufacturing facility.  The facility will be used for the production of its fibrin sealant for the pivotal Phase II-Phase III clinical trials it plans on conducting during the first quarter of 2009, as well as for commercialization once the product is approved by the FDA.  Haemacure is on track to have an operational facility by mid-2008 and plans on expanding this facility during the review of its Biologics License Application ("BLA") for its fibrin sealant by the FDA.
